"Very rude staff. Went last Saturday right away was told appts only , I can only go Saturday due to my work sched, so went first thing this am at 6am. Once again told me the same thing. Site says walk ins but wait time may vary. Next time I will go to the one on Daniels got right in and very helpful and polite. Never again will I use the Lehigh location. If people don't like their job then get a new one. No need to be blatantly rude."

"I arrived at 11 am for my appointment time. I handed my labs to the Luke warm lady at the computer. I heard a child crying at 11:30 I still hadn’t been seen. Someone who got there at 10:40 still had not been seen. Lehigh fire showed up and said to the mom that this is a behavioral issue not medical. The lady at the computer escorted the mom and child out. By this time someone who came in after I did was called in. I asked how much longer and she explained and I said you should have told the room about the delay. She basically repeated what she already said and it was like she didn’t care. The tech was trying to be nice but mentioned more than once about how many vials I had. The other tech told her it was good practice and now I have to go back because they forgot some vials. I was late to work over a non issue. I will never go back here for future labs. Horrible service and horrible customer service"

"My daughter is 6 yrs old and needs a Lyme disease test done she’s had a rash and been sick for 2 weeks now. The doctor asked for it to be done same day and to go to quest for this. My husband takes her to quest at 2 because this is when we could get her there and they say oh no appt I’m not sure if we can accommodate you my crew leaves in 30 minutes…. At 230!! The website says they close at 3 but the majority of staff leave at 230. The staff are very rude the majority of the time. She’s 6 years old and sick. Her doctor asked for this to be done same day and no we did not make an appointment because there are not any appointments available until a week from now… this is so frustrating . There is no compassion. It’s a lab you are suppose to have room for walk ins and appointments not everyone can wait for appointments for their labs to be run. I really wish this location would get new employees in that are more compassionate, understanding and accommodating to everyone."

"Garage business. Can't even speak to a human on the phone when you call them. Then when you get there, they have these machines to check. Not an issue for young, competent people but the majority of the clients I saw while visiting were old people who had trouble using the machine to check in. When asked for help checking in, I saw the receptionist tell them to wait a minute and hardly try to help. Saw this happen 3x in my 1 hour visit."
