"I had an appointment today and I went to that place because at the other radiology in Lehigh they don't do electro and I called in advance to check that I didn't have a co-pay. Today I arrived at my appointment and I had to pay for an Uber because I can't drive and they treated me very badly. Because they wanted to charge me 55 dollars, I explained to them that I had called twice to confirm the co-payment and that I did not have any money and they did not want to give me the electro or the price plate for only 55 dollars. I asked them to send the bill to my house and They told me no and they only did the mammogram and now I arrive and check my email and they said that my appointment was canceled and it was not canceled because I had the mammogram there My appointment was not canceled I went to the appointment and they treated me very The front desk staff was bad, I called the previous Friday to see if I had a copay and they told me no and today they wanted to charge me 55 dollars and since I didn't have it, they didn't do my chest plate and electrocardiogram tests because they didn't want to send me the account of 55 dollars to my house and they left me without getting these exams right, they were calling a financier and everything to approve 55 dollars is a lack of respect because I called in advance to double check that I did not have a co-payment, oh, I will not return again, I do not recommend them. the frond desk there is a Latina who is rude and without some incompetent people they treat you as if you had gone to buy a car they called a financier to get me approved for the 55 dollars and he never answered bad treatment of the patients the only professional was the technician who He gave me a mammogram, don't go to that place if you don't want to feel like a patient is something."

"The last time I had a mammogram done was in 2003 in Baltimore, MD. They pressed my breast so hard that I was in pain for two weeks, and developed a lump after that. I never went back again until this year 2023. I was so scared and nervous to go again after 20 years. I went here, and to my luck there was an amazing lady working in there. I believe her name is ISABELLA. She is incredibly patient, and sweet. She explain everything she was doing, she asked me questions without showing to be bother by it. People at other locations seemed bother by doing their job, but this lady was happy, friendly, and very helpful. I went with my daughter for support. I am a 51 years old woman embarrassed of being afraid of the mammogram machine. I am a very negative person. Always thinking about the worse that could happen. Isabella made me feel so comfortable that by the time she was doing the exam I felt we have been friends for years. It made me trust her. She was very professional, and kind. Radiology Regional should hire more people like her. They are very lucky to have her. And by the way the ladies at the front desk are a dream. So sweet, I think one of them is called Yadira. She is very lovely. I definitely recommend this location. They are the best."

"Took about 30 minutes in the waiting room. Slow for nowadays. But normal for a healthcare facility I guess. The XRays only took 5 minutes. Will be back here again."

"I hesitated about coming because of a bad review but I'm so glad I did.. I had a great xray experience!!! This is a new location so everything is new and clean! The ladies in the front desk were very nice and the technician Kerryann was awesome and super professional!! I'd definitely recommend this location."
