"We had a great design experience - Alfred Huertas worked with us to get the vision for our Kitchen and 2 Bath remodel converted to an open design and we are satisfied with the final result. Biggest disappointment was the proficiency of the subcontractors and the length of time it took (over 18 months). We had a large tile job and the quality of install was below DIY. Quality issues we found in the original install took multiple visits by the punch tech to address. The quality of materials and appliances was good - very satisfied. Alfred was instrumental in getting our stalled project moving again by being a vocal advocate for us with S&W leadership. Since we were not living in the home during the remodel, it felt like the job suffered a lack of priority at S&W. Be a squeaky wheel. If you choose S&W - stay involved with the choice of subcontractors and scheduling. ‘First available’ yielded subpar results."

"We embarked on a total kitchen remodel with a very specific design and budget for the small space we had to work with. During the design process, Lacie aided our vision with introducing a variety of ideas and options until we were confident that the final design met our expectations. During construction, Mike was there through every step of the remodel, starting with a detailed timeline and plan, so we knew we were all on the same page before the demo began. Any bumps in the road during the construction, Mike was there to handle and address. S&W was quick to correct any issues and stayed on track. The communication was great with daily progress and photos. Sub-contractors were clean and respectful. Specifically, the craftsmanship and attention to detail that Joe displayed installing our new cabinets was at the highest level of craftsmanship. As a team, they met the completion date in time for us to host our extended family for Thanksgiving dinner! An amazing experience overall, and would not work with anyone else!"

Our project took over a year, she was patient and made sure we were satisfied with every detail along the way. Truly felt she had our best interest at heart. "When guests come into our home, they use words like breathtaking and gorgeous to describe our new kitchen. Though a picture is worth a thousand words, what's an after picture without the before! Victoria Pratt was the designer and managed the project from start to finish. She captured the view I wanted as you walk in the front door of our 1950's bungalow! I can not say enough about her professionalism, her willingness to share her expertise and ideas -- and of course, as expected during a major renovation, her sense of calm and managerial leadership during the 'storms that occasionally pop up'. Her responsiveness is 5 star! From David to Joe to the entire team of professionals, we thank you for making our home makeover so very beautiful with our new kitchen!"

"We began working with S & W Kitchen's in April, 2022 planning our kitchen renovation. We are currently starting the 2cd week of this renovation. To date, all of the staff we have worked with have been professional, responsive and very skilled at their respective jobs. Gina Cerimele, an S & W designer, has been with us from the beginning. She has an amazing attention to detail, amazing design skills, encorperated all of our wishes into the design plans, meticulously organized, stayed on top of and communicated regularly about the process. Once all the products were purchased and received the renovation of our new kitchen was scheduled to begin. 2 weeks prior to our start date Gina brought our Project Superintendent, Daniel Neris to our home to view the space and review the steps of the renovation plans. Both Gina and Daniel, were very thorough and detailed about the coming process and set up a group text to keep us all informed and on the same page. Our kitchen renovation began 12/5/22. I can't say enough about Gina and Daniel's leadership and strong project management skills. They have been either at the job site or in communication via phone or text daily. The crew that Daniel assigned to our project, as well as all the trades, have exceeded our expectations. Jamie and his team are highly skilled, extremely hard-working, on- time, very personable and extremely neat and respectful of our home. To date, the process could not have gone better and we are excited to continue to work with these amazing professionals . I will update this review as the project continues. Thank you S &W kitchens! September 6 2023 UPDATE: It has been 8 months since my initial review of S & W Kitchens and our kitchen renovation is complete. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. The entire renovation project continued as it began...with a highly skilled, accountable and personable construction crew and trades; strong leadership/oversight from the Project Superintendent (Daniel Neris) and Designer (Gina Cerimele); excellent communication and an organized, structured and highly detailed construction plan. With all the pre- construction planning that went into this project, we only had 1 unforeseen electrical change order with a minimal cost. Every aspect of the project had been well thought out and accounted for. When construction issues did occur the construction team already had a solution before, we even were even aware there was an issue. Being able to trust that the team was on top of and able to effectively problem-solve any issues certainly reduced the stress and anxiety of our renovation project and was greatly appreciated. S & W Kitchens and all of contracted trades demonstrated highly effective communication patterns which furthered the productivity and high quality of our kitchen renovation project. Everyone on the team freely, openly and respectfully shared information amongst each other and this led to a project with no significant surprises. Overall, this team-oriented group was fully invested in our kitchen renovation vision and laser focused on delivering a high quality, beautiful kitchen of our dreams. We would highly recommend S & W Kitchens to our family and friends and will certainly use them for future home renovation projects. Thank you S & W Kitchens."
