"In general these guys seem pretty great. I had to give them a lower rating for the really slow service I got today. Only one person working both the counter and fetching. It took almost an hour getting through the line and the transaction. In the other have, he did prevent me from ordering the wrong wire for the ground. They are helpful, in general."

"Just like every other review on here; customer service is LESS THAN a one star rating! As much as i love driving out of my way to beat a 12 pm close time on a Saturday. I was told they would remain open until 12 pm only to arrive and find a locked door with a half full parking lot. Even funnier thing, is i noticed on my way to World Electric, around 11:45 am, the google maps site changed its open availability to "NOW CLOSED". on top of that the phone lines were now saying they were closed! Mind you this was suppose to be 15 mins before shop closure. P.S.-Most likely better off shopping elsewhere!"
