"We had the most amazing experience with Hanover Floors. We received three quotes and Hanover was the most competitive. We worked with Alyssa as our sales person and she was extremely professional, down to earth, and listened to exactly what we wanted. Lisa was our install coordinator and point of contact during the installation and was equally as incredible. The demolition team worked tirelessly and efficiently pulling up 20 year old hardwood and tile. They left a clean workspace. The install team was incredible. They laid the LVP throughout our entire downstairs including brand new baseboards throughout. They finished in one full day. We are beyond happy with our new floors and we would recommend Hanover to everyone."
"I wish I could rate them 0 star. From the first visit in the store, the person who was explaining to us was not professional. We wanted to have carpet because of having a toddler but he pushed us to install tile. Finally we made decision to have carpet. They told us everything will be done in 10 day, after 6 days I visited the property and the even didn’t start the job!! It made my move in a hassle. I had to do cleaning and move in at the same day! Long story short, we came in the final day and found the installed carpet lines wrong! No connection between carpet and tile, loose connection between carpet and wood. Also they didn’t clean the baseboards. We called, they came back and fix after we moved in, still we have issues. The nails under carpet are long, so it happens we walk barefoot and boom, I feel the nails. Look at the picture showing mail coming out of wood connection, imagine my 2 year is walking in that every day. Also they didn’t clean at all after left, I keep finding rocks like the one in picture still after a while. My suggestion, use a local one, at least you pay much less than these corporate firms!"
"We installed all new tile and carpet in our house. They did an exceptional job and it looks amazing. Everyone that comes in compliments our floors and tells us how beautiful they look! Highly recommend them!"
"Hanover floors did the most amazing job completely reimagining our master bathroom and laying tile in our master bedroom. The folks they have working for them are outstanding. The master bath had a ton of work to get done. Highly recommend considering them. Victoria in the design center was amazing."
