"Hello, Just tried to make an appt to get my Depo Shot scheduled. I spoke to the first lady and she didn't know if I could make an appt to get that done since I haven't seen that Dr for a while. She asked me if I'd had been to another Dr in the mean time, I said yes. She then transfer me to a lady named Peggy. Peggy answered the phone in a manner of "How can I help you like if the lady that transfer the call to her didn't tell her the reason for my call. I proceeded to tell her that I needed to set up an appt for a Depo shot. She said that she can give me the appt to see if the Dr is willing to do it since I haven't been there for so long. I was a little confused as I've never heard "If the Dr is willing". I continued talking, and as I was explaining my situation, Peggy hang up the phone on me. I didn't call back as I never want to do business with this clinic. The way Peggy talked me and the disrespectful attitude by hanging up the phone is beyond my belief. Thank you for making my decision choice an easy one."
