"Fast, professional, friendly, thorough...everything one expects and hopes for in a medical visit. After trying to get in to other urgent care offices nearby and being given a time slot the following day, I was able to get into the TGH facility within 30 minutes. Upon arriving at appointed time, I waited no longer than 4 or 5 minutes at the most. The PA I saw was extremely helpful in carefully explaining my treatment options. Knowing the excellent reputation of Tampa General, I anticipate good care. I definitely was not disappointed! "Thank you" to the good folks there."

"I had Emily as my doctor and Cassandra as my nurse. Both extremely friendly and took my concerns seriously. Gave me time to discuss and ask questions. Even with all my questions I was in and out quite quickly. Would definitely recommend!"

"I can't believe this was a TGH branded facility. The front desk and the manager were shockingly rude (and eating a burger and shake at the front desk during my visit). There was hardly anyone there and I was told I would have a 2.5 hour wait for a simple quick drug screen. The manager came out to speak to me and said it wasn't 2.5 hours, but was incredibly rude and made me so uncomfortable. She said that's just her personality and they are short staffed just like the rest of the healthcare field. I told her this was unacceptable to treat and speak to other humans much less patients in this tone. The woman at the front desk was eating a burger and a milkshake..She was just out there and so inefficient, loud and awkward. She waited to enter my visit info the computer for 30 minutes after I arrived giving a false time of arrival. Plus, I waited at the front desk for 18 minutes before she even addressed me at all. So 48 minutes before a manger came out and was so rude to me. After I said this behavior and management was unacceptable and not ok, I was taken straight back to a room, and out of there in 6 minutes. Again, TGH is a brand I respect and perceive as high value so this really surprised me. I am a clinician and could never behave like this towards patients. The facility is modern and very clean, that was what the 1 star was for."

"Scheduled an apt online through MyChart, which made it super convenient since they had access to my funky medical history. Arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment, after checking in online. The waiting room had lots of spaced out seating options, facilities were very clean, and every one from check in to check out were very friendly. The PA I saw was thorough, calm and kind. She really listened and explained my options/her thoughts on testing and medication based on my acute illness in combination with my chronic conditions. Got back pretty quick and seen quickly as well. Def the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care."
