"Wow this was some terrific food. From the buttery crisp biscuits to the crispy fried chicken. Everything was seasoned extremely well and cooked perfectly. The fried green tomatoes appetizer was excellent and there was plenty to share. Highly recommend!!"

"What a wonderful addition to our town! These are local folks moved into this bigger location and fancied it up just a smidgen, yet retained their country comfort roots. On social media I've seen a lot of good things about this family-owned business and a few negative. I'd advise you to just ignore the negative. I was cheerfully greeted at the door and welcomed into a comfortable atmosphere. Staff was friendly and attentive making sure my coffee stated full. The breakfast biscuit was smothered in gravy the way I like it! Imagine getting a sausage egg and cheese biscuit from a fast food place. Then double the size and increase the flavor by at least twice to three times as good. Cover it with a great sausage gravy made with a smoked sausage locally sourced. My first bite and I could tell this was something wonderfully different from my normal coffee companion. The coffee was smooth. I'm going to have to try them for lunch and dinner. And their deserts, I'm told they are made fresh here and the owner has her hands in the baking process."
"My friend and I went for lunch. She got fried chicken and I got a blueplate special. Her chicken was fried just right. Hot and juicy ! My ribs were so big and tender that I had to take half home. Our sides were also tasty. For the price, they were both great meals. Service was a little slow, but they were very busy, no open tables."
