"Our waitress was friendly, the food was prepared quickly and correctly. The foos tasted good. The restaurant does need better cleaning. The floors needed sweeping and the bathrooms needed cleaning."
"After my initial review behind the terrible service I received at the waffle house on Tennessee Street I received a call from a manager. Now from the beginning her tone of voice told me she could care less about my issues, basically she was following protocol. So you all can imagine that the training she said would happen at the Tennessee Street location didn't happen. How do I know? I went back about 6 months after our conversation. Customer service is the last thing corporate cares about. #cancelwafflehouse #boycottwafflehouse"
"Love it here! Instantly walk in with the warmest welcome. Loved the sizzling grill and friendly chatter of the WH employees. Every single one who walked by us made sure we enjoyed it and that we were doing good. We loved the fluffy with a lil crispy waffles and home cooked like scrambled eggs. Just felt like a big family."
"When we sat down we had to wait a few minutes for our server but once she came everything went smoothe. Her name is Samantha. The meals were GREAT! Cooked perfectly."
