"I waited 40 mins for a delivery. Ordered at 1am, respectfully late, but I sat outside for 40-60 mins outside in 40 degree weather. After realizing that they had the wrong phone number I called and told them that I had a change in number but they would not listen to it. Through these 40 mins I was waiting outside for the delivery but no one showed up. All the while I was calling the establishment every 10 mins to make sure they had the right address and number. After about 3-4 calls they informed me that the driver had been waiting for about 10 mins outside my apartment and had been trying to contact me, mind you on the phone number I called and said wasn’t correct, so the driver had turned around and went back to home base. After being frustrated and being hung up on several times by the company we finally decided to go into the pizza place. We ordered our food and sat there patiently waiting while employees laughed and giggled at us. Upon being given our pizza, the employee told us to get out. After leaving the place,we found that our pizza was undercooked and terribly made. If you ever wanna go to this papa john’s think again."

"I ordered a pizza for delivery mind you it was pretty late I admit, and there were no drivers so they were using DoorDash for deliveries, so DoorDash was not sending any drivers to the store to pick up my order and the person working at the time Bella was amazing and pushed DoorDash to come pick up my order. And as soon as the order was picked up Bella called me and notified me that the order had been picked up. Bella is amazing and was very kind, she deserves full praises and a raise immediately!!!"

"Ordered a pizza for delivery. I waitied hours to receive the pizza. The daugh was under cooked and still soft the extra sauce were missing. I asked for a refund and they told me to brough the pizza back even though the online was placed for delivery. So i never got my refund and the pizza ended in the trash because it was inedible. They basically just stole my money at this point"

"I did a call ahead order with a definite delivery time with the manager a day ahead for a lunch meeting. They charged my card we were waiting for delivery. I called to check just to find out they don't have the order! Then the guy hung up on me. Now I see a reversal on my bank account. Someone could have notified me. Never again, Guess who was a lifesaver."
