"I called several times to place an order after my order wouldn’t go through on the app no answer once I got there to place an order in person they said they were no longer taking orders when it was almost an hour before they were closing and no one was doing anything except sitting on their phone. I’ve been in the restaurant buisness and always treated customers till our closing time. Good thing Pizza Hut was open. Never going back recommend you never go here only Pizza Hut"

"Terrible customer service. We went there at 1 am because it said online that the store was open till 2 and the employees said they wouldn't take our order. I even tried to call before going and no one picked up the phone. Never coming back here again."

"So, I’ll start by saying I have never had a problem with this location until today. Everyone is always friendly and the food always comes out good. Today, 12/14/23, whoever was working at 9pm should all be fired in my opinion. I tried placing my order on the app like I normally do but kept getting an error. Ok, no biggie.. so I called the store. No answer. I kept calling the store for 20 minutes. No one ever answered. So I drive to the store to place my order in person. When I walk in, everyone is just hanging around on their cell phone. One guy was napping under a shelf. The phone was ringing and no one was picking it up. I said to the girl with her headphones in, “is no one answering the phone tonight?” And she shook her head no. I placed my order and when it was ready, the kid that was laying down when I got there said to me that their manager stopped orders from being allowed through the app because he didn’t trust the guy that was working.. or something. It didn’t really make sense. Anyway, I hope the manager (maybe store owner needs to see this) knows they are paying people to sit on their cell phones, take naps, and ignore the phone. And to be clear again, this is strictly a review for the staff working on 12/14/23 between 8 and 9pm and mainly for the manager and/or owner to see. I’ve attached 3 pictures from when I was leaving, they went right back to what they were busy doing when I was calling. Smh"
