"The hot bar is in a downward spiral. I have tried communicating in the store and through the National customer service chat/email. I am posting photos from two different weeks both taken around noon. Please fix this!!! UPDATE -- As of February 5, 2024, the hot bar is still in the condition it was months ago. Do not bother stopping here to grab something to eat from it."

"The store itself has products like any other Whole Foods, but the hot bar and kitchen are awful... not properly cooked food (temp and taste are off), and it’s the same every day. Example: hard potatoes, nearly raw “roasted” cauliflower, pink meatloaf and frozen chicken fingers that are reheated. I’ve alerted their corporate office because it is actually dangerous to serve food like this. There’s rarely anyone at the customer service area. Good luck to anyone eating here!"

"They have a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a wide variety of various products, many of them very healthy and organic. The supermarket is very organized and attractive to the eye. They have many very good quality products that I have not seen elsewhere. It is definitely another very good option to make your purchase for the house."

"We ordered another cake, this time through the website with no customization and smaller. The cake looked like it was lopsided, but it still tasted good. It feeds 8 people and costs $27 dollars. See the picture below of the smaller cake. The lopsided portion is on the back. I was able to hide it for the pictures, but it was really noticeable in person. Previously, We ordered a custom birthday cake, pictured below. We placed the order over the phone and paid when we picked it up. The berry chantilly cake, but we requested the cake to be chocolate. It is an amazing cake! It's not too sweet and great quality. A 1/4 sheet cake in total was $51 dollars and worth every penny. Although, I hesitated at first for the price. With other places, I was always worried about the cake traveling, but it was in a very sturdy container. We will still be ordering more cakes from here, but we will be a little hesitant due to the lopsided cake we recently received."

"Fresh! I have been to this place many times for the groceries and never disappointed. Best place for organic foods and reasonably priced items with prime membership. My favourites are organic chicken, pasture raised eggs, organic onions, organic garlic, organic ginger, organic russet potatoes, organic whole milk yogurt, and organic cabbage. All are from 365 brand with good quality and best shelf life. Recently i also tried custom cake for a birthday and they made great cake with natural ingredients and no artificial Colours. Only complaint is they are not keeping the stock available like organic chicken, ground turkey, etc in recent days."
