Since opening our doors in August 2004, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our community. Under the expert guidance of our Clinic Director, Eric Kubatzke, we strive to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Eric’s journey in physiotherapy began in Geneseo, Illinois, and led him to the beautiful landscapes of North Florida. With a passion for helping others, Eric has been an integral part of Advance Rehabilitation since 2001, bringing his expertise and dedication to our Fernandina Beach and Yulee clinics. In addition to his professional role, Eric is deeply involved in the community as the head wrestling coach at Fernandina Beach High School, where he also coaches his two sons.
At Advance Rehabilitation, we offer personalized care tailored to meet your individual needs. Our comprehensive services are designed to support your recovery and enhance your overall well-being. We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring convenient access to quality care.

"My husband received Rehab for a "drop foot" after a heart attack. He was also exercising at home for it. His physical therapist asked him if he was exercising at home and what he was doing. She told him his leg muscles were already improving and he didn't need to continue coming. How honest was that? All the staff is very friendly and so helpful. We would certainly recommend them!"
