"My children have been seeing Dr. West since they were born, and we love him and Dr. RaeAnne, but this practice has gone really far downhill. You are just a number since AngelKids took over, and we never get to see the doctor we request or are told we will have. They also won’t see your child if you have an outstanding bill of any kind, even when it is under $100. It’s sad to see what used to be a great practice be turned into a chain."

"Dr. West is by far the best pediatrician and one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He takes the time to answer all your questions, he is kind and very personable. He is also so gentle with my young son. Given that my son is often very apprehensive with new experiences, Dr. West makes every effort to make him feel comfortable, often allowing me to hold and nurse my son while he exams him. His staff are also exceptional! From the first moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted by Michelle in the front office. Nurse Laura, as well as all the other nurses, take such great care of my son during the some of the challenging visits, where shots are involved. :( And Jonah, the office manager, is just a ray of sunshine, at the end of your visit. I have had 3 really bad experiences previous pediatricians and I’m just grateful to have found Dr. West! I can’t recommend him enough!"

"Could not ask for best Doctors or front office staff for my Four kiddos. We are always seen promptly at our visits, are always welcomed and always heard. My children are chronically sick it’s the worst thing to have to deal with and the office staff is so patient, kind and understanding they have ALWAYS gotten us in the same day never given me attitude and always treat my children with compassion. My children are never frightened to see the doctors they know them by name and look forward to each visit even when they are sick and miserable Dr.West can always make them laugh. Jonah, Julie and Taylor always listen and always make sure to ask the kiddos on the way out if they would like a lollipop it helps make the kids themselves more comfortable and not afraid to return to the doctors office. They feel welcome, wanted and safe in this office with these people. All around a 5 star review does not due justice for this incredible office and ALL of its staff. My children and I are incredibly lucky to have found this office and I will continue to bring them in until they are no longer of age to be seen!"

"My children have been patients of Dr.West and his staff for 7 years. Dr.West is thorough and never rushes through an appointment. He is a good listener and respects my input as a mother. The front office staff is very helpful. I am especially grateful for Jonah. When he takes my call he is professional,caring and prompt. I would highly recommend this practice!"

"I used to use this Doctors office back in 2018 but moved away. After returning and have made two appointments in n 2021. First appointment got canceled due to a horrible storm and I can't drive during. The second both of my babies were sick and was advised to keep home. The front desk guy I personally do not like as I find him horribly rude and condescending. Literally due to him, I have gone elsewhere. I've taken my fiancee and his son to this Doctor, the nurses were nice but front desk staff need a personality check. Y'all are the last people clients see and speak to. Why would people return if it's not a good experience."
