"I have had trouble getting my children seen at another pediatrician in the area, when they were sick we were at urgent care every single time. This office is so quick to get them in and genuinely care about their wellbeing. I trust them with my children's health; they caught a heart defect in my youngest. The phone system can be frustrating but the office and their staff have so much knowledge and care about their patients."

"I have zero respect for this company! For one I received an email they will no longer be seeing my child because of multiple no shows which I call and it’s people from another area when I call you setup or change appointments when I have only not showed up for one appointment and I called to reschedule the other two not my fault your company can’t relay the message! Your ridiculous!"

"I picked this as my 20 month old pediatrician because my other 2 children have been going to Angel Kids Julington Creek for over a decade and I could bot be happier with care. My biggest commendation is ACCESS!!! I used to work at Mayo and fully understand that access is a commodity that is hard to come by these days. We have never not been able to bring in our kids next day for a wellness visit when we needed it. And our kids get better when they go (means they address problems correctly). I am very happy with their care! Different people have different experiences, but mine has been nothing but good."

"If only zero stars were an option. This is the worst pediatrician office I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I took my infant in for a follow up visit at their request a week after going to the ER (croup). When we got there we had to sit ~4 feet away from a family of 5 with three actively sick children. Running fevers with mom administering Tylenol. Every other pediatrician office I have ever been to (I’ve got an older child as well) immediately separates actively sick patients from well child/general patients. Not here. Finally we make it to the exam room where we wait for 45 minutes to be seen. Now I’ve received a bill for a co-pay. Which I paid when we were there (yay for modern banking technology which quickly verified this). Can’t wait to call them on Monday and argue about how they’re trying to charge me a duplicate charge in error. If you’re new to the area or are a new parent please find somewhere else. It’s slim pickings here but good grief 1000% do not recommend. Oh and forget needing to take your baby in if they are sick-they don’t answer the phone."
