"Excellent customer service! I came to this location after a bad experience at a different one. What a difference! I spent over an hour at the US 17 location without any help. I was in and out of this location in less than 3 minutes!"

"Had appointments on Monday and Thursday this week. the service continues to be Excellent! Easy to make online appointments, and I am taken exactly “on time” though i would have no problem waiting as this location always reliable. I’ve had Shelby (from Jacksonville) for several weeks now. how delightful to be greeted by a real person in kind voice! She is lovely, neat and well groomed .she is compassionate and thorough. I am a clean freak and it used to disgust me to go to “the other company nearby as always dirty and falling apart. i would hope that Dr offices would read my reviews and send patients to this labcorp. Very private and professional. in addition i get my results the next morning by email notification same time as Dr does. it could be days when i went to other place. it’s rare that i have companies to sing praises about these days, so i want to be sure and recognize Labcorp!"

"I don’t know why we keep coming here. The lady, Brenda H., is always so rude and condescending. My teen always go with my parents to get their blood work done and Brenda has not been nice to them. Today is the last straw. My dad and daughter waited for an hour for a service. Didn’t even acknowledge them and they were the only ones there. I called the doctor’s office and they faxed the paperwork 3 times. My daughter saw the faxed lab work at her desk and she denied getting it. My daughter confronted her and she was talking over my daughter. She was making so many excuses and being very condescending about the entire situation. If you read the other reviews, this isn’t an isolated incident. We’re switching labs. No so-called professionals should ever act this way. Simply deplorable attitude!"

"I dread getting blood drawn and going into quest because I usually wait at least an hour and I feel like just a number! Today at labcor only one person was running the office doing everything and she did it better then all the people who work at quest! I was in and out, the person who was running the office went over the amount I may be billed so there will be no surprises later on, she asked if I wanted the tests which was nice, and she took my blood fast and it didn’t hurt! Anyways I am mad I went to quest for bloodwork last pregnancy! I will defiantly return and will not dread it!!! Thank you for being so efficient and professional!!!"
