"Food was good, but getting expensive. We waited in the drive through line and it took a long time."
"Drive-through attendant was very rude and felt it necessary to school me for letting mobile app default to inside pick up, but coming through drive-through. It wasn’t necessary because there were only two people there so it wasn’t confusing. Then when we got to the window, he asked me about several other details, and did not turn my blizzard upside down as I enjoy, because other times it’s always done with a smile and it’s entertaining. Hopefully he’s not there next time because I always had a good experience at this Dairy Queen in the past."
"Ordered a large hot fudge sundae, it came with one tablespoon of hot fudge and an average height soft serve - no nuts, whipped cream or cherry on top. 5 bucks! I have so had it with fast food restaurant rip offs!"
"July 6th. 2023 @5:00PM I waited at the counter to place order for 15 minutes and no one ever came up. The frustrating thing was there were plenty of employees around and a few even looked towards my direction but no one ever approached to take order. I guess this restaurant is doing so well that they don't actually need customers."
"We treated the kids to ice cream at this Dairy Queen. Everyone enjoyed the food in a nice clean facility. The girl at the counter was friendly and efficient taking our order and then went in the back to help with it. It didn't take long to serve it to us and we ate at one of the tables by the window. I had a Dairy Queen that we went to with our parents as kids. And it is nice that this generation can experience some if the same traditions we did growing up."
