"The worst service and pizza that I've ever gotten looked liked it layed on top of a stove for a week.the cashier asked for a tip. Never go back here. Digiano would beat it hands down. Our choice next time."

"The customer service sucks. Some young incompetent ignorant kid answers the phone and puts me on hold (48 minutes ) . I placed my order at 5:20pm and at 8:00pm I find out they gave my food to the wrong person and not the door dash delivery driver. No one had the common courtesy to call me and offer to remake it. They simply turn it over to become door dashes issue and make me now wait 5-7 business days to be refunded. If you use the Pizza Hut app useless app GOOD LUCK!"

"This store desperately needs training. The service is way to slow, lots of standing around. Lots of multiple checking of status of orders etc. These things can all be fixed but if not it will kill this franchise."

"Terrible customer service. I call to order a pizza simply ask what specials do you have and the only response I get is you have to go to the website or they are all on the website. In other words you have no idea what you can order employees simply don't care. No problem I will just go to another pizza delivery place. She could have simply said a medium for such and such amount and I would have been more than happy with that."

"Where do I start? I ordered a pizza, yesterday at 3:30pm online, for a 4pm pick-up at their store. I get there at 4:02pm. NO PIZZA. They "forgot" to make it. They forgot? And what do I get? "Sorry about that". What is the point of ordering online? I guess it's the complimentary aggravation. Now I wait 20 minutes. I ordered their $7.99 special: 2 topping large. Add a buck for pan style. Ordered extra sauce, and instead of 2 different toppings, I ordered extra/double pepperoni. There's NO WAY that was extra/double pepperoni. And if it was, I'd hate to see what regular pepperoni looked like. Look at the pictures attached. You be the judge. And what they lacked in pepperoni, they made up for in extra, extra sauce. There was SO much sauce in areas, we had to eat it with a knife and fork. We couldn't pick it up with our hands. A real mess. Ordering and eating a pizza should be a pleasurable experience. Not TOTAL aggravation. And we paid for the privilege of it too. How hard is it to make a pizza when ordered? How hard is it to make a pizza correctly? Evidently, VERY. But here's the real problem. We LOVE Pizza Hut Pizza. However, when we order a pizza from THIS location, there is a problem, more often than not. Why? How? Does anyone take pride in their job anymore? I don't know. My very first job in life was a cook at Pizza Hut. We were a bunch of college kids, but we really did care. Evidently, not anymore. There's a reason why this location has low reviews. I'd give them minus 20 stars if I could. If you buy a pizza from this location, it's at your own risk to your sanity. There's another pizza chain out there that makes a heck of an extra cheese, extra pepperoni, large pizza, currently for 6 bucks. They advertise on TV all the time. I'll be going there from now on."
