"Ordered a meal as take out which was delicious. However, when I got home to eat my meal, I discovered the 2 biscuits I ordered were no where to be found. 2 butters in a sack but no biscuits! What I find amazing is that they were checked off in red like they were included and that at STOP AND CHECK, the quality was checked once again indicating they were included. I think the quality assurance needs to be revisited in your establishment. Also, my wife placed a review on Google stating the above in similar terms and got a "great review" from you. Is this an example of Artificial Intelligence being used?? The quality of food at CB can't be beat for the price. However, the "checks" to make sure everything is OK leaves a bit to be desired. Lesson learned - ALWAYS check my order before leaving."

"Delicious meal but upon opening my take out bag when home, no biscuits. Butter in small bag but 0 biscuits. They were checked off as included and even was quality checked but zilch biscuits. Not mad and will return but just disappointed the double check on order proved inadequate."

"This Cracker Barrel is conveniently located on exit 141 of I-75. The location and store appearance is good. The parking is spacious. When you go in - you find all of those old time goodies. We decided to dine in. The host to table was quick. The time from seating down to the waiter was around 12 minutes. Not good when the restaurant is almost empty. Order to serve was also high at 17 minutes. After all the wait, the food arrived and flavors were good. I had the seafood platter."
