"From the time I called the Urgent Care, Trina was so polite, professional and welcoming that I felt cared about. Once meeting her in person, I knew my visit would make me feel better; the last thing you want is more stress or to feel rejected when feeling horrible, with stuffiness, with a fever, and a cough, aches and pains, and a pounding headache! I took a screenshot right when I left my driveway showing ‘walk-ins welcome’ at another business and when I got there, ‘nope, sorry about your bad luck, go try somewhere else sir’ was the gist of that message… Not this place, Lou got me weighed in, placed in a room, took swabs, explained to me in 15 the provider would be in, and that is what happened. Lisa Pole, ARNP, came in, listened to me, was very empathetic, went over my allergies to drugs, was very personable and tried to cheer me up. Educated and common sense and nice! Wow. Those types of visits are not something I get to report on a very often, so it’s a small price to pay to write something nice for folks who take time to make me feel better. Thanks."

"Went there due to relentless cough 6 days ago. Got right in and physician was very attentive. Swab taken and I was told results would be back in 24-36 hours. Granted this was on the Thursday before the holiday weekend, but I’m just now notified that the test was positive for a respiratory infection. Feeling better so not even sure if I still have it at this point"
