"They have a captive audience and it shows. Positives: staff is friendly, nice atmosphere, and food is decent. Unfortunately it is unprofessionally managed and pricey. I've only eaten there once because they are always closed. Hours are random and change frequently for nonsensical reasons. The posted menu is out of date and they dont have new ones. Residents need to spend a certain amount annually. Hopefully I will catch them open before the end of the year."
