"It all started when we had an accident, my insurance company told me to give Joe Hudson a call. I dropped off my car, one week later and was told that the repairs would take one week. 2.5 weeks later they called me to pick up my car, I paid and picked up the car. I got home and started to look at the car, 25 spots with dirty in the paint, 2 spots with unrepaired rock paint chips were not repaired and a dripping paint mark. There is zero quality checks!!! I called and they informed me that this happens all the time, their paint booth needs replaced and people are always complaining about paint work. The Regional Manager called me and said he would look at the car personally and get back to me the following day. Never heard from Bob Gleeson again. They were nice enough to come pick up the car, called me hours later to return it, I asked" So you took care of the paint chip repairs?" They went out and said we will need to keep your car another couple of days, the chips are still there. There is more to the story but 5 weeks later, yes 5 WEEKS later, my minor repair was finally completely. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!"
