"Let’s start off with the place having a foul odor through and through. They didn’t have anything we wanted prepared, granted it was about 8:45 pm. One of the girls who was serving us was nice enough to try, but one of the males workers (NATHAN) didn’t have the best attitude at all, trust me I worked in food service so I understand being miserable, but let’s not try to ruin the atmosphere. With that being said I took about 4 bites of my bowl and threw it out, luckily my husband said his food was OKAY enough to eat, also the trash was full to the brim. I will never go to this Moes again, but what does that matter, IT probably won’t change. $40 down the drain"
"I typically don’t do reviews like this. But let’s start with the greet when we walked through the door. Oh wait there was no greet. The lady’s on the line didn’t even acknowledge any of the customers waiting to be taken care of. Line was nasty, food wasn’t stocked at all. The crew seemed like they didn’t want to even be there. On top of the bad customer service and bland attitudes you just toss my food in the bag like this and don’t even wrap it all the way. Currently sitting at home Food is cold, chips are stale, and had a very unpleasant in person experience on top of it. Not returning to this location."
"I absolutely love this place! Although it's a little pricy, it is SO GOOD! My favorite is the stack. I wish I could figure out a way to keep half of it to eat later! The employees here are ALWAYS so friendly. They are quick to get the line down, and someone is always wiping down tables. The salsa bar is fairly clean (considering), and the drink station as well. It's perfect to grab a quick bite."
"I went in at 4: 00. When I finally got waited on at 4:24 the girl building my Moe meat Moe cheese burrito get to the queso and said we are out of queso. I had to leave What's the point on a Moe Meat Mo cheese burrito?!?! Go to another location this is the Third time I've been to this location and not have the basics of the store."
"We enjoy going to Moe's. Hubby loves the Moe's Monday deal using the app. This location was nice, but I felt like I needed to wash my hands over and over. Food was good, but the restaurant itself seemed sticky."
