"Employees train so hard but lack of good management really shows. It's a shame because it's a good idea and good food when it's prepared properly. They've also just raised their prices where it's just not worth it. I can't believe a large bowl is $18 now it's a joke. I mean a medium bowl used to be $10 and we could go there for lunch and get a drink. It was reasonable and good now it's really expensive the people are not trained by their manager well enough and everything is suffering. I sure hope they get it figured out because it could be a great place again to eat."

"I’ve never experienced such courteous and excellent service from an employee from a fast casual restaurant. Aaron went above and beyond to not only make sure every part of our experience exceeding our expectations but also provided the best recommendations (spicy orange grilled chicken). I am now a permanent customer and will continue to come back to experience the service Aaron provided for my friends and I."

"Been meaning to stop by for a while and finally had an opportunity today. First I noticed during lunch time there wasn't anybody there except for the workers. I ordered The steak bowl with fried rice and a drink... I truly don't know how this came out to $24... Food was good, no issues there. Not overly impressed with the steak but it was fine. Service was okay. The server wasn't friendly or unfriendly. No complaints there. I got my food to go but I must say the restaurant was not very clean. Floors were very sticky and the table I happen to sit at while waiting on my food was definitely not clean. Could have been by happenstance or just timing.. Can't stay I'll stop back again but it was okay just expensive for what I got. Maybe I'll try something else next time."

"This location is FIRE! This location makes THE BEST Teriyaki chicken bowls and they go above and beyond in their customer service!!! I requested a special pick-up order last night with a long explanation and they not only made the order the way I was dreaming it would be but double checked with my husband to make sure! Every time I eat here they are stellar so 5 Stars every day all day!"

"Nice concept restaurant. The facility is well lit and since it’s an end unit there are windows on all three sides to it is pleasantly lit. Seating includes booths, tables and a few high tops. I spent about 17.00 with the “Shame into tipping” register which so many places like this do. Food took about 17 minutes to arrive even though the restaurant is modestly filled. Overall I like the cleanliness, the upkeep, the friendly staff. I didn’t like the heavy metal music playing over my lunch but that’s a personal preference. The downside is that the food took almost 17 minutes and the portion size is a little too small for the cost. Food is good. It is served in plastic bowls. I might try it again but I am not in hurry to come back considering the Asian fusion restaurants in the area."
