"Dr. Gomez seemed very nice. Very professional. And took into consideration that I suffer from severe GERD and gave me an antibiotic that wouldn’t affect my stomach as much. But customer service their is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Took them three days to send my prescription to Publix meanwhile I had a bladder infection fever and excruciating pain. To make it short I was put on hold 7 times in three days waiting no less than 22 minutes on hold which was the last time. Until finally I had to leave work early after three days of waiting and show up at the drs. office to demand something be done. At that point I was told it was sent to Publix that was at 1:30 my prescriptions according to Publix came in at 5:10. In Dec. 2022 I had an appt for 9:00 was told to be there by 8:30 which I was and wasnt seen till 10:50. The doctors seem nice. But obviously they can’t keep up with so many patients being booked and everything is rushed to get you out and the next patient in. Will not be returning!!!! This is the second time they mess up.The problems are not the doctors it’s the staff that rather be talking then attending the patient standing in front of them while they finish their conversation. Things change I guess because 20 years ago I was going to that office when dr. Diego was there and it was great went there for years never ever had a problem. If you had an appt at 9:00 you would be seen at that time.But then moved to another city and moved back to. Coral springs five years ago. And decided to give it a try."

He is an AWESOME doctor whom I met at Holy Cross Hospital and followed him to Royal Palm OBGYN in Coral Springs Florida.
