"This hospital is not recommended. The medical staff is extremely rude and negligent. My father was not properly cared for during his visit in year 2019 when being treated for cancer. I swore never to return. In 2021, my grandmother had a heart attack. The ambulance transported her to the nearest Hospital which was Good Sameritan. She was conscious upon arrival but they claimed she had another heart attack upon arrival at the ER and they could not revive her. Unfortunately, I could not prevent the ambulance from transporting my grandmother to Good Samaritan that day. I recalled how negligent the staff was with my father so I rushed that day to the Hospital. I was distraught to hear she passed before I could arrive."

"This is by far the worst hospital i have EVER come into contact with. Very unprofessional. I called to speak to a nurse about my mother being unable to breathe and after the phone ringed for forever, i was transferred about EIGHT TIMES before someone would even let me finish my sentence on why i was calling! How do you answer the phone sucking your teeth? The morning just started. Were you dreaming about work and woke up upset? Did your supervisor say you couldnt take your fifteen minute break because you just clocked in? Whatever you do stay away from this place. There are better choices."

"I recently delivered my first baby here and was also treated for other complications a month after. The care that I received from the labor and delivery team was unmatched. They advocated for me when I couldn’t and cared for me and my son like we were apart of their family. Katlyn, Sarah, Annie, Stephanie, and Diana thank you for making me feel safe during my delivery. To the NICU staff Leticia, Nancy, and Be thank you for taking great care of my baby. I will always choose and recommend Good Sam for mine, and my friends and families, future deliveries. I also was admitted a month later for surgery and the ER doctor - Dr. McKenna and my ER Nurse Alex were both great and made me feel safe. This was my first surgery so I was terrified but the OR team was absolutely amazing. They kept me calm and informed every step of the way. Dr. Cohen, Dr. Nye, Tasha, and Paula thank you for the amazing care. This hospital should be very proud of the wonderful employees they have on staff."

"I took my 83 yr old mom to the ER and they took great care of her. She ended up getting admitted to the hospital. Very spacious room. Drs and most of the nurses were awesome. The recliner has made my long visit’s comfortable. Thank you for caring!"

"So far my stay here has been pleasant. My staff Sophie, Jibini, Shina, Joane and many others have made my stay very nice. I have a view of the inter-coastal waterway, the rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is beautifully upgraded. This is my first time being admitted here and if I shall need care in the future I will only come here! ***Update: Upon check in today as my family arrived to visit me after church, there were three (3) receptionists at the front and they had the nerve to tell my Mother & Daughter that they look old! How dare they!!!! That is so TACKY & Uncouth! Utterly disgusting!"
