"Today I had the pleasure of having my first visit with DR. Patrick Desir MSN. My entire experience was amazing! I was able to fill out my paperwork ahead of time via online which made the process quicker and easier. When I came in person today to the office the atmosphere was impeccable! Amazingly attentive, courteous staff, waiting area clean, uncluttered and pleasant. Complementary coffee station was well organized. I was called back within minutes of checking in and treated by the beautiful smile of Dr. Patrick and the very welcoming and comforting handshake. When I got in his office I was made to feel extremely comfortable the entire process. I had an extremely long list which contained my chief complaint as well as other things I would like to address. He was extremely patient with my lengthy explanations and did not make me feel rushed, judged or interrupted. Throughout the conversation he inserted questions in a way that was not disruptive to my train of thought. I felt more comfortable and “seen” with Mr. Patrick than I ever have with any other practitioner I’ve encountered. Once the conversation came to an end he made me aware of my diagnosis, explained to me his reasoning for the diagnosis and then explained his recommended treatment plan. He thoroughly went through my medical history with me, familiarized himself with any allegeries I may have, medications I may be on as well as family history before deciding on which medications to prescribe. Once my medications were prescribed he went over the dosages and instructions multiple times to ensure I had a good understanding of everything. My follow up appointment was booked after. I am 100% satisfied with my visit, will most definitely be returning and would recommend him to anyone!"
