"I had an okay experience here. I booked a same-day appointment and was grateful they could work me in for a last minute haircut before an event. I’m a little confused by all the glowing reviews about the service – everyone was nice enough, but I was the last customer in the shop and definitely got the vibe they were ready to close up for the day. My haircut turned out fine, but I didn’t get a blowdry and style (just a rough dry), so I couldn’t really tell what it looked like until I got home and styled it it myself. Some pieces around my face are a little uneven. I might be back again if I’m in a pinch. The location is convenient for me and the haircut was reasonably priced. This probably won’t be my regular spot though. I personally prefer to have a little more time taken with my hair, but this may be a good choice for you if you’re not looking to be pampered."

"I have been a client of Meenas Classic Touch for 16 years and have been treated like a princess for the entire time. I come for weekly visits and the entire staff treats me as family vs just a client. Crystal’s talent is amazing!! I never have to show her a picture or tell her what I want… she just works her magic. It is rare that a salon owner takes the time to get know their clients and it is apparent that Meena takes the time to get to know everyone and takes such pride in the salon and treats her staff as family vs employees.. coming to the salon is the highlight of my week!!!"

"Well I tried to get a haircut at this business & it did not work out. If you are in the “service business “, you should provide good service. That is NOT what took place. I needed to reschedule my appointment & politely called to do so. Whoever answered the phone was quick to let me know that they work hard every day & planned to close early. Very defensive when I was being considerate to call. I didn’t have to bother as happens so often to salons but I wanted to do the right thing. No good deed goes unpunished. The unidentified person who answered badgered me, but finally gave me a different time. I had some car trouble & called to let them know that I was on my way & would be there in 5-7 minutes. The same rude person answered & became even more hostile. She stated they were closed & stated my appointment time. I asked her how they could be closed if I had an appointment. She became more hostile & treated me like an errant child who was inconveniencing her. So I said well then you Go ahead & close & I wouldn’t come. Mind you, it was 2 minutes past my appointment time & I would have been there within 5. Alas, her inability to grasp the concept of “good service” or even offer an alternative spoke volumes to me. Meena’s does not want my business. I will definitely look elsewhere & never give my business or that of my family to Meena’s. And to whomever answered the phone at this salon, congratulations! You just lost a prospective customer because M’am, I WORK HARD TOO & will not tolerate someone treating me disrespectfully. Please learn some manners or get out of the service business because clearly you’re not cut out for it bless your little ole heart."
