"Perfect House & Location! A spectacular week with two families (5 kids total). House was great, pool was awesome, and location was the best. We timed it! About 12 minutes round trip (drinks in hand) from front door to our feet in the water on the beach, and back to the front door. Obviously, we stayed and played on the white sand beach for much longer. Customer service was amazing, too. They called and texted to make sure the check in and check out process was as simple as possible. And when we realized we didn’t want to leave…they made it super easy to book another night (luckily it was available!)"

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a combination of 3 families reside in the house. We had so much space and had the best time. The weather was terrible our entire stay but all the amenities made the stay great. The house had everything we needed from the griddle to the kitchen mixer. They staff was so professional and easily accessible; anytime we needed them they were there. I would rent this house again and again! I would give 10 stars if I could. The property was clean, updated, and ready for us to enjoy. If I had to give 1 neg flaw, I would say a bigger TV is needed in the family room. The golf cart was so much fun and cool to ride on the town and the heated pool came in handy for the cool/windy nights. I highly recommend Sugar Palm Vacation Rentals."

"Our stay at Crystal Beach was absolutely wonderful. Accommodations were even better than described if you can imagine that! We arrived late on a Saturday and after a long drive the house was so welcoming. The lights were on, and we were able to get in easily. The house was spotless, the pool was lovely and we had paid the extra to heat it which the kids LOVED! Late that night we walked to the beach which was even closer than expected, and saw crabs! We were able to spend time every day at the beach and the kids were in the pool non-stop as well. We highly recommend this spot and will stay again if we return to Destin. You will not be disappointed."

"Great family Vacay had by all The house was as described and represented in photos, it was spacious and everyone had their own private areas to retreat to, all 14 of us. The pool was an awesome amenity as was the pool table. The kitchen had ample cookware and accessories making food prep stress free. The added golf cart was a blessing for beach outings! A good time was enjoyed by all!""

"What a fantastic management company! I had to cancel my trip last year due to Covid and rebook this year. The ladies in the office were very accommodating, friendly and made the transition smooth. I would use them again to book another vacation. Highly recommend!"
