"Management at this hotel absolutely stinks. Noise levels were through the roof. I had to call two or three times to report noise problems, and nothing was done to stop the noise. Management is very rude, rude, rude. I will never stay here again, and I advise you NOT to stay at this hotel. Nobody cares about anything here. And by the way, the breakfast stinks. Nothing is fresh. Sparse breakfast offerings. Nothing is done right here. Don't come here EVER."

"We stayed the night as we were passing the area for our road trip. The place is under construction, but from everything else that's there it's pretty clean. We came in during the evening &no one was at the reception desk, but we heard the receptionist talking to someone in the back. When we were ready to check in, she came out &didn't exactly have a pleasant way to greet us. She started off a bit rude then was eventually nicer at the end of the check in process. The rooms are spacious - which is beneficial for us since we were traveling with our pets - and it was definitely clean. Location is close to so many things, you don't need to go far &the beach is just a few minute walk away. Breakfast was okay, but it's free, so who can complain? The staff during breakfast weren't as inviting as the previous Home2Suites I've recently stayed; they kind of just stand there &stare at you. Check out was easy, I did it on the app. I went to return the keys &the girl at the desk was on her phone then noticed me only when I asked if I should drop the key in the box. &that was it. It's a nice place, I just wasn't sure on how to feel about the staff. I will say, the housekeeper that my husband &I ran into at the elevator was THE SWEETEST person we met there."

"Our stay here it superb. We have traveled alot of places through years, this hotel has great easy parking, breakfast is above average, the suites are comfortable and extremely clean. Everyone is polite, helpful and service is top notch. If you ask for something, it's done Johnny on spot!. They are in process of renovation, hotel was great prior to renovation. We will be back next year for our 2 week stay."

"Perfect location for anything you need or want to do. Every staff member was more than helpful with everything. Breakfasts were great. Beds were very comfortable and suite was very clean. I highly recommend this place. Walking distance to beach and nice restaurants. Pool and workout facilities were very clean. Also has washers and dryers on site."

"Reading the reviews for this hotel, I was skeptical. But our stay was great! Rooms were clean, not dirty like described in other reviews. Breakfast was a 7/10, but it was free breakfast and my husband and I got full for free, so we were not disappointed. Staff was friendly and said goodmorning to us every morning, which was nice! Unlimited free coffee and tea 24/7 which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Location was perfect! Not even 2 minute drive to the Henderson Beach Park and a 5 minute walk to the public beach. Literally a parking lot or 2 away! Only weird thing was that we were charged $10 per day for parking and were not told this upon booking the room. There is a public lot across the road that you could park at if you didn’t want to pay. Definitely feel like our money was well spent. We were satisfied!"
