"I almost hate to post a review because this is my favorite hideaway ! It's the most peaceful but best located spot on the emerald coast to stay . They must smoking and friendly professional staff ensures nothing but excellence every single trip for three years now. .."
"This is a building with a very nice view. If you are expecting a Hotel this is not for you. As a Hotel this is terrible. Service does not exist. They did not service our room in all our stay. Room has no small chest of draws to place clothes. The door of the room let all hall light in. No light or small table in the balcony. Sheets were not really clean. They mention they serve breakfast... not true, it is terrible, better off at the Blue Mahoe or the Dounght Hole. Parking can be an issue. You are better off finding another location..."
"Amazing! I had initially stopped at two other hotels and work turned off by their 30-story hall skyscrapers in glaring bright white lights, so I came here. ! Just five stories with lovely aesthetics. Lovely lighting. A delightful common area with a patio to the bay and outdoor pool and a beach in the bar surrounded by marinas. Plus... They texted welcome after I checked in and texted in the morning to click this link to visit the app to alert them when I'm checking out. I've never experienced that before. It was really delightful."
"I have learned to never use a third party to book a stay first of all because I paid extra for a balcony that I didn't have too. Then of course I wanted water side because I was on vacation but they wouldn't accommodate that for me without paying even MORE money. If I had known I would be looking at the road I could have stayed at motel 6 across the street for cheaper AND I could have walked outside and smoked with the same view. The ice machine didn't work on our floor either and the coffee machine in our room was nasty. Will never visit this motel again, and will not recommend."
