"Amelia by the Sea, unit #775, was a great place to spend a month to get away from the cold in the north. The owners have created a beautiful and relaxing place for vacationing. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The rental agents were efficient and helpful, making the process easy and organized. The location couldn't have been better........ocean front, near the lovely little town of Fernandina Beach with many shops and restaurants, and close to Jacksonville. The complex is gated, which made it very quiet and never crowded. My husband and I enjoyed our month there very much!"

"What a beautiful place to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Everything about Amelia By The Sea 775 was perfect. The updated Condo was very inviting, warm and clean, plus they thought of everything! One could not have asked for a more lovely view of the ocean and being right on the beach was a bonus. Great Location. We enjoyed days of beach walks, shopping and eating. Very relaxing. JB & RB"

"Amelia by the Sea (Unit 775) My husband, our 15 year old daughter, and I had the best vacation we have ever had in our 32 years of marriage; in a wonderful vacation rental – Amelia by the Sea (Unit 775) on historic Amelia Island. From the moment I opened the door it felt like a home away from home, a home I was sure to be spoiled to stay in. In every room from the kitchen to the living room and the master bedroom the view of the Atlantic Ocean beach was the focus, you are unable to ignore its magnificent presence. It was like stepping into a brand new beach front paradise. This recently remodeled condo unit was not only bright and clean, it even smelled brand new. Everything we needed to get us started (shy of food) was provided. This owner obviously had truly put thought into what comforts to include to get this vacation off to a great start. From making my teenager a frozen pizza, not only was there a pizza pan, there was a pizza cutter, my choice of cutting boards, and some spices as well. Going down to the beach was a breeze, because there was a foldable beach wagon in the guest room closet, as well as four nice beach chairs and full sized beach towels. The wagon made it easy to get everything to the beach, where we almost never left. The one evening it did rain, we enjoyed playing a few of the many board games that were included in our new home. I could go on about the decor, soft beach colors for the bedding and the comfortable furniture, the relaxing balcony furniture, all beautiful and comfy. We wanted for not one thing during our stay… …except maybe one more week."

"Our rental was clean and spacious! Having two bedrooms, two baths, and a full working kitchen was perfect as was enjoying the pool on the beach and the beach a few steps away. Our nightly beach walks are not something I’ll soon forget. The property contacts were helpful and kind. The perfect getaway on Amelia island."
