"The hotel is very outdated and lots of structural damage inside and outside of the rooms. I guess it's what you get for being right by the beach in FL. Overall, the stay wasn't horrible, but I've definitely had better at cheaper places. The room was a good size, but didn't feel super clean. Most hotels have updated smart TVs but this one didnt..again, for the price, i feel like it should be more updated. The free breakfast was mediocre, with not much to choose from, and for the price we paid, I feel like there could have been a better selection. Front desk service was lacking. They stated our reservation was canceled by a "glitch" but luckily they found it. Our keys never worked, so we had to have them re-keyed every time we needed to get back in. Probably wouldn't stay again for the price. Location wasn't awful. Place is just ok."

"We felt we were in a safe, walkable area. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Everything was wuiet except the only negative was tge walls are so thin I actually thought the neighbor was in our bathroom! The breakfast was great."

"Extremely friendly staff and very close to the beach. The area is very nice and quiet as well. The breakfast was good and the hot breakfast option was very good. They had potatoes since we were vegetarians. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds too. Would definitely stay again if we visit this area. Also very close to fort clinch state park which is something to visit when you go there."

"The hotel itself was clean and the room was clean with a little kitchen area. The lobby smells fantastic. The breakfast was decent and the hotel is right across the street from several restaurants. The bed pillows were a little thin and even though there are only 3 floors the elevators take forever so we just took the stairs would be my only complaints. They sell a few adult beverages at the desk and have a little gift shop with snacks, beverages and ice cream novelties. I would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful experience! This little hotel is so lovely. They were finishing up renovations otherwise I would have given 5 stars across the board. The staff were super friendly. The location is perfect! Our room was huge, the linens were sparkling white, and it was soooo clean. The hot breakfast made our busy morning easier. Will be staying here again in the future!"
