"Lovely location and condo. I was surprised to learn about the extra charges when I booked this. None of those charges were disclosed up front. I notified VRBO about this but have received no response and frankly I’m not holding my breath. Several issues encountered were inaccurate information on electronic entry lock - I had to call the property manager to get the correct information. The sliding door to the porch is quite difficult to open/close. The master bedroom tv was not functional - they had a note in the bedroom indicating that it didn’t work properly. If this is an ongoing issue, it should be disclosed in the listing. There was also some torn carpet by the master bedroom. Besides these things, we enjoyed our stay."

"The view when you walk into this unit is jaw dropping. Every room has a large window with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the beach. We saw the most beautiful sunrises even with a lot of rain. It’s a fantastic unit for a family or a group - 2 large bedrooms, one with two queen beds, 2 bathrooms and the entire unit was very clean. It also had a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutting boards - just needed oven mitts. No laundry in the unit but there were a few machines in the building which was great. The beach was very private and not crowded. We highly recommend."

"If you’re looking for a charming and quaint place to stay on Amelia Island, look no further than guest cottage! The home is nestled directly downtown, easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, as well as the harbor. It’s also a short drive to the beach and to Fernandina! The cottage is adorable decorated, from the charming bathroom and the painted hardwoods to the beautiful kitchen and sitting area. It’s also stocked with everything you need, from shampoo and conditioner to local coffee grounds. It’s so cute you won’t want to leave, thank you for having us as guests!"
