The Learning Experience - Jacksonville Mandarin

"My almost 4 year old has been going to The Learning Experience for about a year and a half, and I am amazed at the growth I have seen in my child. She has learned so much and has really come out of her shell. Choosing childcare is probably one of the toughest things a parent has to do and that is why I am so very grateful that we chose The Learning Experience. From the day we took our tour with Sonia and Connie, I felt their genuine dedication to the kids' education and safety. I feel there is a culture at The Mandarin Learning Experience, led by Jordan, the director, that I had not seen when my older kids were in daycare. It says alot about an establishment when you walk in and you are greeted by name and not just as mom.That is evident everytime we walk in the building and we are greeted by Jordan and Taytum or when my daughter just has to give Dominque hugs goodbye or even by her sheer obsession with Justyce and Kareshia or Natalie when she was in the twaddlers room. I can say without a doubt I feel seen and heard and I know that my child is also seen and heard. She is cared about as an individual by all the teachers she comes in contact with and not just a child who is generating income for a company. Aside from the wonderful care and attention my daughter receives on the daily she is learning so much! Their curriculum goes beyond the basic letters, numbers and colors I feel my older kids were learning at 3yrs old . She is learning about Music, Yoga, Science and even Sign Language. As you can tell by my lengthy review, I could go on and on about how happy we are with our daughter's learning environment and I hope that by sharing our experience we can ease another parent's concern and help them to make this very difficult decision."

"We love everyone at TLE. Everyone up front is so welcoming and Jordan is always warm and friendly. The girls always give him a big hug when they see him. He is very informative and on top of everything going on at the center. We love our daughter’s teachers Ms. Azlin and Ms. Kathy. Our daughter loves it there and has learned at a lot."

Ms.Connie & Ms.Sharmaine are the dream team and my child who did not enjoy school is eager to get to class every day! "My daughter has been there since June and she loves it. She has a big personality and TLE can match it. The school schedules events appropriately without overdoing it on the parents. My favorite part is when Ms. Connie shouts the most welcoming hello to my daughter every morning. It literally makes my daughter’s day and it’s nice as a parent to see the staff be invested in the kids’ wellbeing."

"I can’t say enough good things about TLE. We’ve been attending for a little over a year now, and can honestly say that it feels more like leaving my kids with family rather than a day care center. I love how there’s such a focus on learning, without feeling like too much pressure on the kids. They have so much fun when they’re there! We also love all of the “extra” activities that the center arranges, such as movie nights, fun runs, trunk or treat, and events with Make A Wish. The focus on philanthropy is especially important to us. Almost every member of the staff has been beyond exceptional, but Miss Connie is the true shining star at the center. She truly cares for these kids as though they’re her own, and her great attitude and energy seem to be contagious to the other teachers.
