"Piercen RN the night of my stay gave me professional compassionate care. His is an asset to your company and gives your company the representation you should expect from all your employee. I had a very kind transporter to CT and he was excellent also. I wish I could have caught his name as I was in too much pain to notice. I would also like to thank the nursing staff triaging in the ER. Very professional and caring experience from all including my ER doctor. If you could let them all know they exceeded my expectations considering I was in so much pain and was not a pleasure to deal with. Thank them all for me! Kidney stone patient 2/18/24"

Two nurses on the outpatient surgical floor (Mary & Susie) made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I have never had such a great experience in a hospital before. "Hospital is garbage! Smells so bad in ER and have so many here sick and not even giving out the old people masks. Making seniors wait for hours in lobby where it smells terribly bad. Staff are just on phones and not even trying to help. Wish I never took my mother here!! Been 4hrs and can’t even het her into a bed! I wish I can give 0 stars. Don’t bring your family here they might not get seen"

"Experience here was wonderful. Staff was nice, friendly, and accommodating. We came into the ER with symptoms of chest pains and were swiftly given tests to see what the issues were. The doctors and nurses helped to explain a lot of the processes and go through the results very thoroughly. They ruled out every concern and checked all vitals. We ended up having to stay the night since they wanted to be sure and give other test in the morning. They even relocated us to our own room since staying the night would have been an issue since she was sharing the space with another patient. The entire experience was nice and it really felt like we were being treated as people as opposed to just another patient. It feels like a lot of work goes into finding the right staff for their hospital."
