"This is one of the best in the area. I have lived here 10 years and have been through 3 dentists. My dentist misdiagnosed and I ended up with an infection. He was away and Velasquez Practice took me in right away. They took their time and did not jump to more severe conclusions. Or try to make me pay high prices for an emergency like others in the area. So glad I went there. The staff is friendly, kind and the dentist is amazing. The entire staff has wonderful bed side manner to boot. Glad after 10 years I found a dentist with good work ethics and a great office staff. Thank you Velasquez Pierce Family."

"Both my daughter and I felt the dental hygienist was rough and at one point thought she had cut my lip. I was frustrated cuz at the end she looked at an old computer file and told me I needed to schedule to get a cavity cleaned when I didn't even have a cavity. They were about to tell me how much I would owe when I didn't owe anything cuz it was work that had already been done over a year prior. I was trying to explain to her that she never told me I had a cavity while she was cleaning and I wanted to understand why all of a sudden she was now telling me I had one that I had to get filled, but the language barrier was so great we were not understanding each other and that is very frustrating. One of the women behind the desk finally cleared it up for us because I told them I was not making an appointment and paying for anything that didn't need to be done. As time goes on in this office I feel like things get more and more complicated. There is always new staff, learning the job and always new people when I come in for an appointment. The language barrier has been a problem for a while now. Believe me I don't mind at all, in fact I love multilingual scenarios, but not when it's going to hit my pocketbook or it concerns my health."

"Found a great dentist and her staff is just as awesome. Not one could I say anything negative about. They are thorough and everyone was well educated in their position and at no point did I question them especially since each would explain in great detail to make sure we were all on same page. Made me feel at ease which is not an easy task for this girl who deals with anxiety and panic attacks. Oh and the deep clean-first time I was not hurt. Hygienist listened to my pain concerns and made sure I was comfortable at all times and not hurting."
