"Used to hate dentists until I went to V.V.Dental. Everything hurt & I don't care for "boat hooks" in my mouth. They were (are) thorough & gentle. Everything is made as painless as possible. My teeth are greatly improved."
"Worst customer service ever. There is one assistant who seemed angry when I told her I did not need scaling. The dentist agreed I did not need it. And the young girl at the front desk really gives a bad name to her profession. She bullied me, loudly, when I asked her to use my other insurance which would have saved me money. She did not want to have to “flip flop” between plans. Also one day I arrived at the office several minutes before it closed, and told I was “lucky” I made it. I was just there to ask a question. There is one very good hygienist. That’s the only good thing I can say. I’ve been to many dentist offices in my lifetime, and this is by far the worst."
