"First I had made an app for my kid, I was switching dentists and I made the app ahead of time so she would be on schedule. They canceled on me last minute and stuck me with an app a month and a half out from my app date. I was working so my husband went and he said when he arrived the front desk attendant was talking to someone so he took a seat. He sat there for over 20 minutes without being noticed. Someone finally said are you being helped. They helped him after that but just not professional. The whole thing took an hour and twenty minutes for a child’s cleaning and check up. My husband did tell me the dentist was a good and very good with our kid and they had treasure box to pick out of when she was done. I’m aware this is just one experience but this is the one I had with Dental Care at Venice Gardens."
