"Girl working the register was completely unprofessional. Let girls walk out of store after alarm went off knowing they stole. Rolled her eyes at me after asking a price check. Had a miserable look on her face and stood on her phone. Slammed clothes around. I ended up putting my pile of clothes down because I didn’t want to give her my business."

"Every time I walk in to this place, the employees are always standoffish and they never greet. I’m the one that will say hi to them first cuz it feels awkward but they literally don’t even say it back. They’ll continue having conversations with each other like I’m not there. Today I had to go in to return an item. No customers were in the store besides two employees by the register. I walked up and said “hello, I’m here to make a return”. Nothing back. Finally one went behind the counter and put her hand out for the receipt. I handed it to her along with the pants. It seems like their system was glitching because she stood there for about 15 minutes in complete silence without saying one word to me. Not even an explanation of why it was taking so long. Finally she completed the refund which I understand wasn’t her fault it took long but her lack of communication was awkward and clear that she was pissed to be there in general let alone handling my refund. Coming from the service industry, I have a lot of patience cuz I know we all have our days. But this is now the 3rd time of consistently bad customer service. For how much I spend on clothing there, it’s sucks. something so little as a “hi” back would suffice at this point"

"Megan was so attentive to me and every customer in there. There was about 50 people shopping while I was in there. Amazingly even though she had 0 help and was working alone at the time she managed to do it gracefully. Either PacSun should give her a raise or get her some help that’s extremely unethical to have one store manager to 50 shoppers during peak season. Shame on the company."

"I came here and had a ton of things in my hand to try on. I went up to the only employee working in there and asked if I could get a fitting room. She had such a bad attitude and said the fitting rooms were closed for the day. She killed any good vibes in there for sure. I was prepared to spend $$$ but put everything back and left the store. Decided to go to American Eagle instead and they were much nicer and way more helpful :)"
