"Took some clothes there. Normally the owner is very kind, but she snapped at me when I walked in because of how much I brought in. Granted, it was a lot, but I cleaned out my closet- Isn’t that what they want? It was laundered and organized. Anyway, it was a lot of items to go through and less than 20 minutes later, I got a text saying it was done so they just breezed through everything and I don’t even think they saw it all. Why take the time to go through your closet, bring it in and fold it neatly- following all of their rules, etc. if they’re not even going to look at it?"
"I love the Lilly at this store and have many great outfits. My only complaint is this last purchase the clothes were so heavily sprayed with a fragrance they use that even after washing it’s still pungent. Usually not this bad but I feel it almost ruined the clothes."
"I love this store. My girlfriend and I shop here almost every week. We are addicted to this store the prices are fantastic. The owner Tracey is the sweetest person along with all of the employees who always know your name and are happy to see you everytime and miss you when you do not come in. Always willing to help you find the perfect item. The store is white glove clean. The quality of the clothing is excellent if you do find something wrong with an item always willing to correct the problem. So glad they opened this store we drive almost 20 miles every week to Shop."
"Love this place! Great used Lily collection with many new Lily items at half the price. Used designer clothing at affordable prices. If you have clothing to sell bring in a bag like you get from Marshalls or a box and they'll text you once they go through and remove what they'll keep. It took about 45 minutes for them to text me they were finished going through my stuff. Reasonable payout. Can either do store credit which gives you more or cash. Best priced used jewelry I've ever seen! They seem to always have a sale rack and box of sale purses outside. Def worth the stop!"
