I’ve been a JCREW member for years, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. Please improve your customer service at this store. Very disappointed."
"Love to shop here! They are very professional. The quality of the clothes is good and a little expensive but they always have great discounts. You can find clothes for both man and females including kids. They have a good variety of chinos, tops, trousers, dresses, jackets and much more. Most of the time I go to buy my husband chinos and shirts. So far they still look like new and it has been a year since we bought them."
"The stuff of this store is awful!! I’ve been shopping in this store for years. I got a thanksgiving gift and lost a gift receipt and came to the store for help just to exchange the size. The manager Gerard who I never met before accused me in stealing! because I didn’t have a receipt!! In front of everybody! How dares he! I’m a doctor loyal person never stole a candy in my life and he is indicting me in something like this. Will NEVER come back to the store and recommend to everybody to bypass it."
