"Tried to buy a pair of shorts that were on the $10 clearance rack. When I went to check out, the lady said they were $15. She wouldn’t even go look to see where they were showing at $10. She was so rude and basically said do you want them or not."

"The whole store display for discounts completely confusing. Shoes not displaying the right sizes/ shoe boxes. Not organized for a "High end" store. Must not care about the customers, only got greeted once. I have two retail jobs. I need to talk to HR or corporate because you can't talk down about the customer in front of them at the cash register. Also throw an attitude with us by throwing down the sensors from the apparel. She's lucky we even bought clothes. I should've told my mom not to buy anything. Then didn't even add the military discount. What a shame. I know they don't take commission. I understand you could be going through something at home doesn't mean to have a negative impact to your customers. Customer's satisfaction is very important. Salesperson: 359620. Highly disappointed. Never suggest anyone to go there."
