"Let’s start with the good - there were two employees that helped us find costumes and showed us to a fitting room. They were helpful and friendly and efficient! The silicone “fake wound” accessories failed. I think maybe they were not properly stored or something and therefore were impossible to remove from the packaging without damaging them. The packages we got were unusable. Disappointing but not the end of the world. Parking was a real challenge as spots are limited."

"I always enjoy coming here every year for our Halloween costumes and accessories. They have a huge selection to choose from. The owner and all of the associates are so incredibly helpful and welcoming. If you need anything the owner has a mental inventory of where everything is and is more than delighted to help you put together the outfit you or your kids are looking to create."

"Great selection, and (mostly) great service a great store, huge selection and I've purchased from this store quite a few times for a vampire costume, Harley Quinn, joker, and raven. the staff is usually great but i went to show my friends the store the other day and i was met with an employee i had not seen before. we browsed the selection for a while looking for inspo for figuring out what we may be for Halloween but after being there for roughly half an hour the employee approached me, and she told me that i REALLY should buy something, and how they strongly dislike people who loiter. i informed her that we were just browsing and were just searching for some inspiration but she continued pressuring us to buy something which made the experience have a very poor ending."

"So so so much stuff. I fell in love with this store today. It's pretty organized by theme. So much to look through, from outfits, jewelry, wigs, props, shoes, stockings. It is way bigger then it seems from the road. For a costume shop, reasonable prices. I will definitely be back. Wish I found this place sooner."

"This store uses every square centimeter of space! At some spots, I hope you're not claustrophobic. They have every costume and holiday idea I can think of and every accessory to go with it. Exhaustive and impressive selection. The size of the building on the outside is very deceptive; it feels unending inside!"
