"I bought a bedroom set from The Lake Park store, bed came damaged. I exchanged it for another bed, same exact price.When the new bed gets here , it’s missing the dresser, nightstands and mirror. Clair the manager didn’t tell me those items were out of stock. I finally get another set and I added a nightstand all paid in cash. I also paid in full for a box spring and two lamps. I opened my mail and there is a bill for 151.00 ,I spoke to several people about this issue and was told they don’t understand where the bill was coming from. Claire is the manager and she doesn’t know where the bill comes from. I would never send anyone to this store. I am so disgusted and disappointed with this store, and I have transferred my account to another store (Cherry Rd) where they were actually trying to get the answers I needed. I have not heard from nobody at badcock regarding this matter. Don’t go to the Lake Park store…TERRIBLE SERVICE"

"The furniture don't last more then 3 years. We have more then 10 years with you guys and even if I'm late I paid the charges. I' m a old customer and you going to run my credit every time I one to buy something knowing that every time you run the credit to a person that affect the credit. But you people don't care because you win point for running the credits I imaging you guys have some king of competition with each other. I use to work in retailed I know how that's' work. I'm going to do my last payment and not going to buy nothing more from you."
"I visit the Lake Park store and Ms.Shay was helping me. She was very courteous and kind and everything. Everything was great until delivery. The delivery guys damaged my laundry doors, I contacted customer service they are no help. I still have damage doors and they telling me that the delivery guys didn’t report it and actually do they think the delivery guys are going to report they did damage to someone’s home. I’m very upset and unsatisfied with a delivery."
