"This company continues to decline. Recently purchased custom shades from HD and I should have probably stopped at the moment the representative took 45 minutes (no exaggeration) to input the order in her computer while my wife and I watched her fidget around, clearly not knowing what she was doing. Finally, after multiple suggestions for her to get a manager for help, she called one as she could tell our patience was wearing thin. (this was after we had picked the product, and the custom measurements were already completed prior) Now for the fun part, 1st installation - wrong size delivered, 2nd installation - wrong size delivered. During this ordeal, you cannot get anyone to pick up the phone in the department and no one follows up, so you end up making extra trips to the store just to speak with someone to try to get thing resolved. Here we are, 3rd installation - correct measurements, product was garbage and not what was conveyed. (since there was no display of the product) After taking 4 days off work for Home Depot to get their act together, and paying $1,700 for shades for one opening, my wife I will be shopping again to replace what we just purchased. Obviously, it wont be with Home Depot."

"This home Depot sometimes has good and bad employees. The one on lake Worth road the one on jog and lantana has the most awful customer service has the rudest obnoxious employees who don't want to do with this supposed to do and it causes a problem a management doesn't seem to and neither does corporate. This generation of workers has totally gone downhill"

"Real entertaining to listen to conversation between employees about a ladder or ladders. One employee helping customer telling another employee they couldn’t have their ladder because the needed it all while 20 foot away was the same size ladder. Employee 1 had already started transporting it half an isle way before employee 2 even seen it moving. It can be sensed that if the guy wouldn’t have just left the ladder the some prejudice conversations would’ve arose."

"I often visit this Home Depot and I can truthfully say I have never been welcomed by any employee. Even the interaction at the check out is minimum. I asked for help 3 times and no one ever came to the isle yet there were multiple employees wondering around. For such a large company, it honestly surprises me that the customer service is not better. The lady who just helped me check out didn’t say two words to me. Why do you work in customer service if you don’t want to talk to people? It amazes me."
