Walmart Supercenter

"One of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been in. The store is garbage for many reasons starting with the extreme incompetence of the employees they hire, you can really tell that they are just there to fill a spot and collect a paycheck. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. Many times the food is expired on the shelf and if you throw out your receipt and then you realize something you bought was expired, you’ll never get your money back. They barely ever have carts available at various times of the day. They don’t have someone check the various produce areas to make sure rotting fruit and veg are removed, or that they need to be replenished. I can’t tell one time that I go to get groceries and I find everything I’m looking for on the shelf. When you order online for pick-up, it’s the same thing, the people who pick up your items pick up rotting vegetables and fruit, dented cans, or expired merchandise. They don’t bother to bag everything even though you ask for your items to be bagged and they can hold in a bag."

"You can never find a person to help you with customer service not to mention no one in the Beauty Center will ever unlock the cabinet for you cuz no one ever shows up. Walmart needs to be woke. We spend good money there and you have help but the help is never on the floor."

"The service was wonderful! They have a Charlie’s (fast food) The lady was very disrespectful. The open time was 10am. She had a visitor before 10am. Instead of getting it ready to open she was talking. While myself & my friend was waiting for them to open (unbeknownst to her) at 10am went in & she told me to leave until they open. I asked what time might that be & she begun talking aggressively acting defensive about not being on time. If I had not seen her talking prior instead of working. I could understand. Customer service is a very important aspect in a business. Prices or higher now & a place like that is a treat to someone budget. To Not feel like your money is respected is sad! If you open @ 10am Open @ 10am have integrity and dignity."

"I have visited this store on a trip into West Palm Beach and I enjoy the interior design. The department names on the walls look very 80’s or 90’s and I say that in a good way. The apparel department was very organized, they have a huge selection of impulse foods like candy and drinks compared to other stores on average, and there is a Charley’s Philly Steaks restaurant inside. Good store."
