"Third year staying in Dragons Lair. While comfortable w 5 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, we will no longer be staying here. Rent for the month being raised by $400. With the exception of two large flower pots being placed by the front door (when watered big pools of water stay by front door entrance) there have been no improvements made to this home. Bed linens extremely worn and need replacing. Outdoor deck furniture extremely worn out and need replacing. Paint needs touching up throughout the home. Simple fixes like lamp shades need to be done. Carpeting stained throughout as it is a pet friendly rental. Needs replacing. Rug in kitchen needs to be thrown out. When spending almost $5K for a month expectations are high. Unfortunately, they have not been met this year. Would give this a 3.5 star rating."
