Vista Eye Clinic Naas

● Closed
Ballymore Road, County Kildare, Ireland

“If you're looking for great customer care and knowledgeable eye doctor go and see dr. Karen. After 11h being in horrendous pain in emergency room in Naas hospital where the doctor hasn't even seen me as they probably thought eyes are not imortant to have, i have given up. Came in this clinic this morning after I've researched eye clinics. Receptionist was very understanding. I have been treated straight away even without an appointment. Doctor Karen relieved my pain with drops and examined my eyes, everything was explained in full detail and doctor was very focused on me and acctually listen to me throughout the appointment, very professional. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thank you!”

Vista Family Practice

● Closed
Ballymore Road, Naas, Ireland

“I really don’t understand if there is confusion between Vista Family Practice and a different Vista facility? Like I’m reading all these negative comments and find it really hard to believe it’s the same place we’re talking about. In the past 7 days I’ve been in no less than 6 times in with 2 of my kids. While in other places I’d be labelled as paranoid or hypochondriac and frowned upon for being in so often, they were nothing but understanding and accommodating and saw a worried mother rather than a nuisance. This is the very first time it happens to visit them so often in such a short space of time but having 3 children, want it or not you still end up seeing the GP quite a bit. Sometimes we could make an appt in advance (for existing long term issues like eczema that were not too critical) but most times it ended up being ad-hoc illnesses that required someone to see us quite soon. The receptionists have always been a pleasure to deal with, Jane in particular is very pleasant and has done her very best to help us every time we needed to be seen. The doctors and receptionists are always really busy but I found that with things that are in their control (manners, empathy, directions) they try to help and are very efficient. We have mostly interacted with Dr. Kavanagh and Dr. van der Berg and they are by far the most professional, sympathetic and compassionate doctors I’ve had the opportunity to meet. My kids feel safe and calm around them and I never felt rushed and not listened to. There is minding the clock while talking to me which happens quite a lot with other doctors, or dismissing any of my concerns. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to know that doctors like this exist and that we are fortunate to have them look after us. The practice overall deserves 5stars, the kids area in the waiting room is such a nice touch and help parents keep kids busy and comfortable while waiting. I honestly could not recommend them enough.”
