“I was in last week to have a piercing changed and I was literally blown away by how lovely the staff all were. Due to my train being delayed I was late for my appointment and was worried I wouldn't be able to have the piercing changed but the girl behind the counter was so friendly and chill and made me feel so welcome. The girl who changed my piercing was also an absolute sweetheart and reassured me about my piercing (which I was kind of anxious about the healing process).
